About the Role
As a Senior Manager in the Value Transformation Office, you will perform analysis and generate insights to support margin transformation initiatives, document and prioritize opportunities for business case development, manage margin improvement workstreams, and assist in creating executive updates and communications. You will also support continuous improvement of processes and enable best practice sharing across business units.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience focused on business transformation; supporting complex, cross-functional programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business management.
Preferred:
- MBA is a plus.
- Experience in supply chain operations, product development and management.
- Experience in pricing, revenue growth management (RGM), net revenue management (NRM).
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or consumer industries.
