Summary
PDF Solutions is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Milpitas, CA. The role involves working in a dynamic, multi-discipline environment on the company’s new eProbe platform.
About the Role
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers in a cleanroom environment. Your daily tasks will include hands-on operation of the eProbe platform, assembly and installation work, troubleshooting electro-mechanical assemblies, and coordinating outsourcing activities with international contract manufacturers. You will also develop and maintain BOM structures and build procedures.
About You
Required:
- BS degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or AS degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with high vacuum semiconductor capital equipment.
- ECO experience.
- Experience with new product development.
- Proven ability to write and verbally communicate procedures and processes.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- Experience with a data vault system, preferably SolidWorks EPDM.
- Experience in developing ECO processes and managing ECOs.
- Experience with a 3D CAD system, preferably SolidWorks.
- Experience with Dfx processes.
- Experience with an MRP system.
