- 10 or more years of IT project or program management experience in manufacturing environments.
- Direct experience delivering technology programs inside OEM or Tier 1 manufacturing companies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP in manufacturing plants.
- Strong understanding of factory operations, manufacturing systems, and supply chain processes.
- Proven track record owning and delivering large-scale multi-year programs.
- Experience operating on-site in plants and working directly with plant leadership.
- Experience managing vendors, systems integrators, and cross-functional teams.
- OEM or Tier 1 manufacturing background.
- Automotive or heavy industrial manufacturing background.
- Experience supporting multiple plants or global manufacturing operations.
- Experience modernizing legacy plant systems.
