Summary

About the Role
As a Senior Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with patient examinations, procedures, and diagnostic studies. You will also perform general administrative duties, ensure compliance with medical standards, and act as a preceptor and clinical resource for other Medical Assistants. Your role will include communicating with patients, documenting vital signs, and coordinating care with healthcare teams.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Five years of medical assistant experience with complex, chronic disease management or in a specialty discipline.
- Certified Medical Assistant through AAMA, NAHP, NCCT, NHA, or Registered Medical Assistant or EMT.
- BLS - Basic Life Support or Instructor certification (AHA).
Preferred:
- CPT - Phlebotomy Technician Certification.
