About the Role

As a Senior Model Validation Lead, you will perform independent validation of wholesale credit risk models, apply robust validation methodologies, evaluate model inputs and outputs, prepare validation summaries, and present findings to governance committees. You will also support model approvals and contribute to the enhancement of the model risk management framework while providing guidance to junior team members.

About You

Required:

8–12 years of experience in wholesale credit model validation or model risk.
Strong knowledge of credit risk models (e.g., IRB, CECL, corporate/wholesale portfolios).
Experience operating within a regulated banking environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Comfortable presenting to senior management and committees.

Preferred:

Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
