About You
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of professional design experience, or Master's with 2 years, or PhD with 1 year, or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- 5+ years of advertising experience with a focus on paid social, preferably 7 years overall.
- 2-3 years experience in a Senior Designer role.
- Expertise in design systems and software including Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and After Effects.
- Strong business acumen in creative agency operations.
- Expertise in design, motion graphics, creative storytelling, and technical proficiency.
- Arts education in advertising design and conceptual thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster department relationships.
- Proven leadership gaining confidence of creative professionals, peers, and clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
