About the Role
As a Senior Nursing Informatics Specialist, you will provide senior-level leadership in Epic governance, guiding workflow design and clinical content to align with nursing practice. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze workflows, represent nursing interests in workgroups, and lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes through data-driven recommendations. Your responsibilities will also include developing end-user education materials and influencing technology policies within nursing informatics.
About You
Required:
Master’s Degree in Nursing and/or Health Informatics.
7+ years of Registered Nurse experience in healthcare.
End user Epic experience.
Current or previous nursing informatics role.
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Preferred:
Ambulatory or inpatient oncology experience.
