Summary

About the Role
As a Senior Operational Test and Evaluation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality written products and recommendations, contributing to the development and measurement of test objectives, and participating in various program and technical reviews. Your tasks will include reviewing OT&E-related documents, supporting report writing, researching test options, and developing test concepts and methodologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, aerospace, materials, manufacturing) or other technical field (mathematics, computer science, chemistry, physics).
- Minimum 6 years practical knowledge of military aircraft systems and related fields.
- Minimum 3 years developmental or operational test and evaluation experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with AFOTEC's core processes and DoD test directives.
- Familiarity with test design, sortie optimization, and data analysis techniques.
