About the Role
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 staff, collaborating with business partners, and leveraging operational data to meet organizational objectives. You will oversee performance management, coaching, and staff development while fostering a high-performance culture. Additionally, you will lead process improvements, manage change initiatives, and establish effective relationships with business partners.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years managerial experience required.
- Experience in the Insurance/Financial Services Industry strongly preferred.
- Formal coaching and mentoring experience required.
Preferred:
- Commercial Insurance/Underwriting/Ocean Marine experience.
- Experience managing hybrid/remote teams.
- Exposure to AI and driving team adoption.
