Additionally, you will lead process improvements, manage change initiatives, and establish effective relationships with business partners.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years managerial experience required.
- Experience in the Insurance/Financial Services Industry strongly preferred.
- Formal coaching and mentoring experience required.
Preferred:
- Commercial Insurance/Underwriting/Ocean Marine experience.
- Experience managing hybrid/remote teams.
- Exposure to AI and driving team adoption.
