Alithya is seeking a Senior Oracle Core HR and Compensation Consultant to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. The role involves designing and implementing HR solutions on Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Compensation modules.
About the Role
As a Senior Oracle Core HR and Compensation Consultant, you will leverage your domain, functional, and technical expertise to effectively design and implement HR solutions. Your daily tasks will include identifying business requirements, configuring Oracle modules, developing business solution designs, participating in project life cycles, documenting application setups, and collaborating with clients throughout system testing.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry, working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM.
- 4 years of relevant technical, business or project experience.
- Proven success as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Compensation Consultant on at least two full-cycle implementations.
- Proficiency in 2 or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle Absence Management or Learn.
