About the Role
As a Senior Orbital Tube Welder, you will be responsible for setting up and operating orbital tube welding machines, prepping and assembling complex fluid assemblies at elevated heights, and verifying weld quality. You will work closely with leadership and team members to ensure high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of orbital tube welding experience.
- Experience with welding and tacking.
- Experience with aerospace mechanical assembly.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels (COPVs).
- Experience with rigging and crane operations.
- Familiar with AWS D17.1 standards.
- Experience with cutting tools.
