About the Role

As a Senior Paralegal - Trusts & Estates Administrator, you will work independently to assist with the administration of estates and trusts, prepare probate petitions, maintain financial records, prepare tax returns, and communicate with fiduciaries and beneficiaries. You will also organize extensive files for high net worth individuals and collaborate with attorneys and accountants on various projects.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree required.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to manage varied tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work cooperatively within a team.

Preferred:

Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Knowledge of accounting and Tax Programs (Zane, CCH Axcess) a plus.
Ability to maintain confidential information.

Benefits

Competitive salary range of $109k–$137k annually.
Overtime may be required from time to time.
