Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Partner, Advertising Sales to join their team in Hoboken, NJ. The role involves managing key businesses within one of Walmart Connect's largest suppliers and driving revenue through bespoke retail media solutions.
About the Role
As a Senior Partner, you will build and manage relationships with executive clients, develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, and shape annual joint strategies. You will plan and achieve growth goals through Walmart advertising products, conduct data-driven analyses, and collaborate with account management partners. Travel may be required to meet with brand teams and agencies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent professional industry experience.
- Quota-carrying digital sales experience.
- Expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.
- Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO-level meetings.
