About the Role

As a Senior Payroll Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day payroll and employment tax operations, collaborating with internal and external partners, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will lead wage reconciliations, tax filings, and respond to complex payroll inquiries while focusing on continuous process improvement.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in payroll operations, with a minimum of 5 years in employment tax.
Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

CPP certification.
Experience with Workday and ADP Globalview.
Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Alteryx.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with excellent judgment.
