Medtronic is seeking a Senior PD PMO Manager - Portfolio Segment CTOR to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring operational excellence and strategic direction.
About the Role
As a Senior Portfolio Program Manager (CTOR), you will oversee all operational aspects of NPI programs, ensuring the voice of Operations is integrated and project commitments are met. You will lead portfolio oversight, operational excellence, strategic ownership, team development, and enterprise leadership, driving key business performance indicators such as revenue, gross margins, and inventory management.
About You
Required:
Baccalaureate degree.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience in new product development (NPD) and new product introduction (NPI).
Strong project/program management expertise with financial accountability; PMP or similar certification preferred.
Technical proficiency in product or process development, including qualification/validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ, PPAP).
Strong business acumen and understanding of operational costing (LBM, OPC, inventory management, capital project planning).
