About the Role
As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will deliver hands-on care in 60-90 minute sessions, evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide elite-level manual therapy and advanced exercise. You will collaborate with colleagues, conduct follow-up calls, and contribute to a positive clinic culture, all while enjoying a flexible work-life balance.
About You
Required:
- Valid California Physical Therapist license in CA
- 10+ years of clinical experience as a PT (or PT/ATC dual-credentialed)
- Strong desire to develop manual therapy skills and commitment to ongoing professional growth
- Track record of pursuing continuing education and going above-and-beyond for patients
Preferred:
- Experience or interest in Pilates, NAIOMT, IASTM, Mulligan, Jones Strain-Counterstrain, Upledger, Barral Visceral Manipulation, McKenzie, IPA, vestibular/concussion rehab, or similar advanced coursework

- Equivalent annual range (full-time): ~$115,000–$170,000+ depending on hours and performance
