- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems.
- Working knowledge of database technologies.
- Experience administrating Science Logic Monitoring implementations.
- Experience working with Big Fix and other patch management solutions.
- Experience working with Change Management processes and methodologies.
- Scripting experience.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience creating architecture level documentation in Visio.
- Technical background in customer support and working understanding of hosting services.
