About the Role
As a Senior Platform Product Manager, Core HCM, you will lead the transformation of Equinix's employee experience, ensuring the core HR system supports critical processes and empowers employee experiences. You will develop a vision for product management, execute product strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best-in-class HR experiences. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a collaborative culture within the team.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years product management experience in HR, Talent, employee experience.
- Experience working successfully in Agile methodology.
- Extensive knowledge of HCM systems with proven track record with Workday.
Preferred:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.
- Experience creating products and services in Human Resources Experience Delivery.
- Ability to communicate and influence with a wide spectrum of cross-functional team members.
