About the Role
As a Senior Principal Associate, you will participate in creating a safe work environment, support cross-functional teams, and drive progress in operational readiness. You will ensure compliance with regulations, review GMP documentation, and assist with inspection readiness activities. The role requires collaboration and creativity as the facility transitions to a full-scale GMP manufacturing site.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Science, or related field with a minimum of 5 years technical and/or quality experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical FDA regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP requirements for early phase API development and manufacturing.
Preferred:
- Experience in API manufacturing of synthetic small molecules and/or high potent antibody drug conjugates (ADC).
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
