About the Role
As a Senior Principal Associate, you will participate in creating a safe work environment, support cross-functional teams, and drive progress in operational readiness. You will ensure compliance with GMP requirements, review and approve documentation, and lead process improvement projects. The role requires collaboration and communication with various stakeholders as the facility transitions to a full-scale GMP manufacturing site.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years technical and/or quality experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical FDA regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP requirements for early phase API development and manufacturing.
Preferred:
- Experience in API manufacturing of synthetic small molecules and/or high potent antibody drug conjugates (ADC).
- Experience with applicable equipment cleaning requirements.
- Proven experience in identifying innovative processes and implementing them with a focus on quality and acceleration.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and technical problem-solving skills.
