About You
- BS/BA in a related field plus 8 or more years of related experience.
- Experience in a contracts function or equivalent experience in DoW contracting.
- Sound interpersonal skills for interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with personnel and customers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies and regulations.
- Computer skills to maintain contract records and demonstrated research and presentation skills.
- Expert-level knowledge and experience with the FAR and DFARS.
- Experience with large, complex RFPs and proposal development.
- Experience managing various USG and prime contract customers.
- An active DoW SECRET or TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for a Special Access Program clearance.
