ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Platform Architect - Financial Markets and Insurance to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves architecting scalable, secure, high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for financial services customers.
About the Role
As a Senior Principal Platform Architect, you will be responsible for guiding customers in the architecture of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, developing relationships with customer executives, and ensuring the technical health of the platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives and drive AI and digital transformation initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years progressive experience in a professional services organization and/or ServiceNow platform team.
- Experience in operational and/or implementation leadership roles on large-scale ServiceNow deployments.
- 3+ years in an Enterprise or Solution Architect role.
- Knowledge of data modeling, CMDB design, platform security, and integration.
- Strong customer focus and excellent presentation and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Financial Services / Banking experience.
- Experience with agentic AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) in good standing.
