Salesforce is seeking a Senior Principal Success Manager to join their Customer Success team in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on driving customer success and ensuring the effective adoption of Slack's products and services.
About the Role
As a Senior Principal Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding strategic key customers throughout their lifecycle with Slack. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, accelerating adoption, and ensuring they realize business value from Slack. You will lead cross-functional partnerships, craft customer success plans, and facilitate workshops to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
About You
Required:
7+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting roles.
Demonstrated experience building trust and communicating with a broad range of stakeholders including C-Suite and senior executives.
Strong leadership skills and high emotional intelligence.
Preferred:
Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment.
SaaS experience is preferred.
Ability to partner with Account Executives in the development and closure of sales opportunities.
