About the Role
As a Senior Privacy, Security & AI Counsel, you will act as a regulatory advisor, translating privacy and security laws into actionable strategies for the business. You will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, support product and engineering teams with legal guidance, and ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations. Additionally, you will partner with the Privacy Officer and Chief Information Security Officer to manage data security obligations and assist with incident response.
About You
Required:
- J.D. with U.S. state bar admissions in good standing.
- 8+ years in-house experience supporting privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection, ideally in a healthcare technology setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy, security, and AI legal frameworks.
Preferred:
- Relevant experience at a rapidly growing technology or healthcare company.
- Up-to-date privacy, security, and/or healthcare certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, AIGP, CIPT, CISSP).
Benefits
