About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university/institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of related industrial / manufacturing work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and diagnose/solve complex technical problems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic chemical engineering principles.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects.
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written communications.
- Ability to influence others to achieve tasks.
- Proficient in the use of computers.
- 10+ years of related industrial / manufacturing work experience.
- Experience with Sulfuric Acid manufacturing.
- Strong background in Process Safety Management (PSM), especially MOC, PHA, and Process Technology elements.
- Strong background in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
- Experience using Six Sigma and/or data analytics tools to solve problems.
