About the Role
As a Senior Process Improvement Engineer, you will spearhead initiatives that optimize systems, streamline workflows, and drive sustainable cost reduction. Your responsibilities include process optimization, leading lean manufacturing initiatives, managing engineering projects, conducting data analysis, developing standard operating procedures, collaborating across functions, facilitating training, ensuring compliance, and implementing technology innovations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field) and 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering.
- Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives across multiple departments or facilities.
Preferred:
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills with a track record of results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel knowledge required. SAP experience preferred.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools (certification preferred).
