About the Role
As a Senior Process Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates for various water and wastewater projects. This includes reviewing plans and specifications, generating quantity takeoffs, and validating change orders. You will apply your field experience to develop conceptual estimates and contribute to risk analyses and value engineering efforts.
About You
Required:
- 10 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with water and wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, and heavy civil projects.
- Proficiency in Sage Estimating (Timberline) Software, HCSS, and On-Screen Takeoff.
- Active membership in AACEI, ASPE, PMI, or similar association.
- Certifications such as CEP, CCP, PMP, or CCM.
