About the Role

As a Senior Product (UX) Designer, you will own the product design process from research to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful designs for law enforcement and emergency services. You will focus on simplifying complex workflows, standardizing design practices, and driving innovation through user-centered design methodologies. Your work will directly influence the tools used by first responders, ensuring they are effective and user-friendly across various devices.

About You

Required:

7+ years of professional product design experience.
3+ years of designing complex enterprise SaaS products.
Experience leading qualitative and quantitative UI/UX/user research.
Experience with end-to-end design and shipping products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience working in law-enforcement, fire, or EMS software.
Experience co-designing with customers.
Experience designing features for situational awareness.
Excellent visual design and presentation skills.
Understanding of native iOS and Android applications.
Experience with AI/ML technologies.
