About the Role
As a Senior Product Associate in Deposits 2.0, you will partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery. You will support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include analyzing product metrics, writing requirements, and ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership in collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives).
- Customer-centric focus and rapport with end users.
- Proficient in JIRA.
