- 6+ years of experience primarily advising technology companies.
- JD and membership in good standing with at least one US State Bar.
- Understanding of AI and technical aspects of AI systems, including large language models and machine learning.
- Experience providing legal support on a global scale.
- Knowledge in AI, data privacy and protection, IP, mobile and cloud computing, and consumer protection.
- Ability to communicate regulatory obligations and risk management processes effectively.
- Curiosity and passion for researching novel technology innovations.
