About the Role
As a Senior Product Counsel, you will demonstrate expertise in product counseling and data protection laws, exercise business and legal judgment, and contribute to process improvements. You will provide end-to-end product counseling, partner with various teams, and draft and negotiate product-related agreements. Additionally, you will advise on cybersecurity issues and collaborate with legal leaders across the organization.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant legal experience at a top law firm and/or in-house, with at least 2 years focused on product, privacy, AI, and/or IP law.
- State bar membership required.
- Deep understanding of cloud and software technology.
Preferred:
- Experience working for a company offering platform services to business customers.
- Technical background in engineering or hard sciences.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
