Summary
Motive Software is seeking a Senior Product Data Scientist to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on leveraging genAI and advanced analytics to drive product innovation and optimize user experiences across their Human Transformation Platform.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Data Scientist, you will partner with Product squads to design measurement strategies, define success metrics, and ensure data-driven decision making throughout the product development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Engineering to instrument new product features, leveraging GenAI tools for insight generation, and owning the product analytics infrastructure in Looker. You will also design and analyze A/B tests, conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user journeys, and translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in SQL with strong statistical analysis coding/programming skills.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS product analytics, including user behavior analysis and funnel optimization.
Preferred:
- Experience with LookML and Python.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Amplitude and experimentation platforms.
- Curiosity and experience with GenAI applications in analytics.
