About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own high-stakes decision systems, design for complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems, and balance risk detection with operational efficiency. You will conduct deep contextual research, prototype multiple UX concepts, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and investigations teams to shape alignment and strategy.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of product design experience with ownership of end-to-end projects in complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience in data-heavy, regulated, or operationally complex domains such as fintech, trust & safety, healthcare, or security.
Preferred:
- Comfortable designing alongside data-driven or automated systems and integrating AI or ML models into products.
- Ability to translate complex technical or policy constraints into understandable, intuitive interfaces.
