JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Product Designer - Senior Associate to join their product design team in New York, NY. The role involves delivering the next generation of digital product experiences for JPMorgan’s Global Banking organization.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing product capabilities that support high-value enterprise services within the institutional banking business. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to create elegant solutions for complex business problems, craft detailed designs for data-rich desktop and mobile experiences, and enhance the organization’s design system for consistent user experiences.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products and services for enterprise solutions.
- Experience working with complex workflows and data-driven product experiences.
- Proficiency in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma and Keynote.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in User Experience (UX) Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields.
Preferred:
- Experience incorporating artificial intelligence into your working process and designing AI-enabled solutions.
- Familiarity with financial terminology.
- Familiarity with designing solutions that support accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
