About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives across the Insider Risk portfolio, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and security researchers to create user experiences that balance data visibility with usability. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and contributing to the design system to ensure consistency across products.
About You
Required:
- 6–8+ years of product design experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise software, security tools, data visualization, or analytics platforms.
- Strong interaction design skills and ability to make dense information accessible.
Preferred:
- Experience with design systems and existing component libraries.
- Understanding of security concepts, risk assessment, or compliance workflows.
