Summary
Think Company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in a remote-first capacity. The role involves designing intuitive, impactful, and scalable digital experiences that align user needs with business goals.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives that span complex user journeys and product families, collaborating with stakeholders to create cohesive and accessible digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components, developing user experience strategies, and mentoring junior designers. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable design solutions and advocate for user-centered design principles.
About You
Required:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in user experience or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a design, human-computer interaction, or related creative/technical field.
- Expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms, with strong proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to clients and stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to connect design strategies to business objectives and performance metrics.
- Experience collaborating with research, analytics, and development teams to create data-informed, testable design solutions.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional alignment.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
