About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the design of product features from discovery to delivery, translating complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. You will produce high-quality interaction and visual designs, contribute to a unified design system, and lead user research initiatives to enhance user engagement and experience.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, focusing on enterprise SaaS products.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product design for complex web applications.
- Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
- Mastery of Figma.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with emerging AI-assisted design tools.
- Expertise in designing for B2B applications, particularly in procurement or construction tech.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design and responsive frameworks.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS).
- Experience with designing for diverse user groups.
