About You
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a plan, build and/or product/operation role in a high-performing, technology-powered product organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in building modern credit, pricing and data science platforms or platforms of similar complexity.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and how to align product initiatives to drive company success.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in using data to inform decisions and measure success.
