About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead enhancements to Common App's first-year and transfer applications, driving features that improve user experience for students, counselors, and colleges. You will work with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features, determine success metrics, and analyze results to inform future developments.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5-7 years of product management experience or a combination of experience in technology solution design, agile delivery, business analysis, or strategy consulting.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis and development of business cases.
- Experience working in or around the college admissions process with a firm understanding of education technology trends and practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate product updates and milestones to key stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in college counseling, postsecondary enrollment management, or an enrollment management-focused technology role.
- Certifications or coursework relevant to product management, including Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner.
- Subject matter expertise in application platforms, student pathways, and/or community college enrollment.
