About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI-driven personalization, data products, or ecommerce customer experience.
- Proven ability to build and launch personalization features that drive measurable business impact.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Data Science, UX, CRM, and Engineering.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, KPI tracking, and leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, Quantum Metrics).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI/ML personalization platforms, recommendation engines, or CDPs.
- SFCC, Shopify+, Klaviyo and/or SFMC experience.
- Knowledge of experimentation frameworks and incrementality testing.
- B2C ecommerce experience with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
