About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to develop strategies and outcomes for T-Mobile's postpaid and prepaid journeys. You will drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Business Teams to improve digital selling experiences. The role includes overseeing product vision, managing product lifecycles, and coaching the Product Management team to deliver brand-aligned experiences.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment.
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
Preferred:
- Master's/Advanced Degree in Business Administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and synthesize product use data.
- Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
