As a Senior Product Manager for Commerce Cloud, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining the product roadmap, authoring user stories, and working closely with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality products. You will also prioritize work, collaborate with other product managers, and ensure the success of marketing and sales teams in delivering products to market.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, focusing on security, identity, developer platforms, or large-scale technical infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience working directly with customers to understand their needs and align expectations.
- Hands-on experience authoring concise, clear epics and user stories for an agile engineering team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of open identity and security standards (e.g., OAuth, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn, SCIM).
- Experience managing products that serve as a platform for other internal or external development teams.
