About the Role
As the first dedicated Product Manager on the HR Partners team, you will design and build internal tools, automation, and AI-powered workflows that capture HR professional expertise and scale service delivery. You will ship partner-facing tools to improve efficiency, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and AI teams, set a fast iterative pace for experimentation, and define success metrics to enhance both HR Partner and customer experiences.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in high-ownership environments
- Proven track record of launching internal platforms or tech-enabled services that scale human expertise
- Experience working closely with expert operators such as consultants, advisors, or support teams
- Hands-on experience integrating AI-powered tools like large language models, copilots, or automation workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a user-obsessed, service-oriented product approach
- Comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and quick to prototype (scrappy builder mindset)
