- 5+ years of SaaS product management experience, preferably within healthcare.
- Experience with CAHPS regulatory processes and products.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of results.
- Passion for user experience and solving user problems creatively.
- Understanding of key technologies and ability to converse at a technical level.
- Experience with customer/client management.
