HealthEquity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic team in a remote role. The position involves leading the strategic direction, development, and management of consumer experiences across web portals, chat, and growth marketing initiatives.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop product strategies, create and maintain roadmaps, gather requirements, design user experiences, champion agile development, manage stakeholders, analyze data, conduct competitive analysis, and provide team leadership.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on digital (web/mobile) products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of the digital industry, market trends, and user behavior.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
