About the Role
As a Senior Production Manager, you will work with Marketing leadership to manage production calendars, vendor relationships, and data delivery while ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within budget. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize print production processes and report on measurable results and KPIs.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years in Direct Mail production with leadership exposure in agency, client, or matrixed settings.
- Advanced print production knowledge (pre-press, press, finishing) and vendor negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of direct marketing technology systems and tactics.
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of color theory and print production processes (G7 knowledge a plus).
- Experience in personalization techniques and customer preference variability.
- Bonus: Travel/exchange or subscription experience; familiarity with marketing tech stacks.
