About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Engineering in A/C Mod or production environments.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication, organizational, and team-oriented skills.
- 3+ years of experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Material Management, Quality, Supplier Management, Environmental Health and Safety, or Information Technology.
- 3+ years of experience in the production, modification, and/or conversion of airplanes.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
