About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager for Strategic Growth, you will collaborate with Growth & Sales and Marketing & Communication teams to develop marketing strategies that accelerate growth priorities. Your responsibilities include delivering impactful marketing campaigns, engaging with clients to understand market challenges, and executing campaigns focused on network building and strategic growth.
About You
Required:
- 16+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and experience in leading teams.
- Understanding of strategic business drivers and marketing strategy.
- Proven record of delivering pipeline growth and meeting commercial targets.
- Ability to develop talent and foster a high-performance culture.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
- PMP certification.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or other Cloud Certifications.
- Certified SCRUM Master.
- Experience with software and hardware integration.
- Experience with AWS Cloud services and migration.
- Experience with Agile software development.
