About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for staff supervision and development, program management, implementation, and outcomes. You will regularly review data to evaluate program outcomes, work collaboratively with functional leadership teams, and establish and maintain site partnerships. Your daily tasks will include hiring and training team members, providing staff development and performance management, and ensuring effective communication regarding team responsibilities and best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of progressive, relevant experience in management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated skills as a leader and manager including strong communication and delegation.
- Experience in grant management and stakeholder relationship development.
